The number of staff required has been determined to allow for comfort in accomplishing tasks and providing flexibility for holidays, sickness, injury, departure or termination. There are times when the full compliment of staff is stretched to its limits and there are times when there are plenty of staff to get the work done. To give both the McIntyre Ranching Co. Ltd. and its employees a reasonable environment for operating, the following employees are required:
